“Excelling Through Enjoyment”

Home Learning: for Self-Isolation

In the event of a child or family self-isolating, we are unable to provide bespoke learning for every individual. Please use the menu of activities and resources below to undertake as much work at the correct chronological age as you deem appropriate.

The Oak National Academy

This website has lessons for all areas of the curriculum and at all levels of learning. This is particularly suitable if parents are also having to work from home, as the lessons include videos and step by step activities for the children to complete.

The theory is that the children can complete these lessons independently. Many families used these during national lockdown and the feedback was very positive.

Your child can choose the subjects they are most interested in then complete a range of age appropriate tasks. Do not be afraid of going into different years to find something which interests your child.

Maths

Below are booklets which will support the work the children would be doing in their classes.

If you are unable to print them off them the children can copy the calculations and complete them on paper.
