England Non-uniform Celebration?
Under extreme pupil pressure (particularly from 5W Jay Class), I have agreed that IF England win the Euro2020 competition on Sunday Evening, that Monday can be celebratory non-uniform day. Children are invited to wear red and white clothes or their England kit to celebrate the achievements of the national team.
Flags, hats and a small amount of face-paint will also be welcome (please restrict this to flags on cheeks and not whole faces).
And, in the interest of fairness and equality, the same will be true for any children with families of Italian heritage (wearing Italian colours/kits) should the Azurri be victorious.
I will include this message in the newsletter this week as a reminder.
Is it coming home?
