Talking to children about mental health

You're never too young to talk about mental health

Below is a video from the Anna Freud Centre, talking about Mental Health. It is aimed at children and some of the older year groups may remember seeing it before when we were last able to do an assembly on Children's Mental Health. It's important for the children to understand that they should talk to someone if they have any worries and also reassures them that lots of other children and Adults feel like that too sometimes.

Conversation starter ideas for talking with your children about their mental health.
